Inner Harmony, Lasting Healing

Find balance, reclaim your Self, and heal from the inside out.

You've been carrying so much.

If you're here, you may be carrying pain that others can't always see. On the outside, the world knows you as capable, dependable, and strong - the one who gets things done. But inside, there may be exhaustion that never fully lifts, pressure to hold everything together, or the sense that rest is something you haven't earned.

You might feel burned out under the constant weight of work and family responsibilities. Maybe you hold yourself to impossible standards - believing everything must be perfect, struggling to tolerate mistakes, or feeling guilty when you're not constantly productive.

I understand the hidden weight of living with chronic pain, chronic illness, or the lingering impact of medical trauma. It can feel like your body is holding memories you never consented to carry - reminders of hospitalizations, procedures, or times when your health felt beyond your control.

And there may be older wounds - childhood traumas that still echo. Whether from sexual trauma, emotional neglect, or years of learning (directly or indirectly) that you had to earn love through achieving, pleasing, or performing. These early experiences often leave a lasting imprint, showing up in adulthood as perfectionism, burnout, chronic anxiety, or the haunting belief that no matter how much you do, it will never be enough.

If any of this feels familiar, you're not alone. There is a way forward - one where you don't have to carry these burdens in silence.

A safe place where all parts of you are welcome

In our work together, you never have to perform, hide, or rush your healing. Every emotion, every part of you - even the ones you've tried to push away - belongs here. My clients often tell me they feel a sense of warmth and safety from the very first session.

I integrate art therapy, somatic movement, Eastern dance, and music when they support the process - because healing isn't just about talking. Sometimes the body needs to move, the hands need to create, and the heart needs to feel rhythm before the mind can let go. We work in a way that invites your whole self into the room.

Your Self is the compass

I don't come in as the expert of your inner world - you are. My role is to bring Self energy - calm, curious, and compassionate - to help you connect with your own. Together, we listen to the parts of you that have been holding pain or protecting you for years, and we do it at a pace that feels right for you.

With my training in evidence-based, bottom-up therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, and ego state therapy, we can go deeper than talk therapy alone - reaching the roots of trauma so real change can happen.

It is possible to feel different

Healing isn't about erasing your past - it's about living fully in the present. My clients often find that as we work together, they begin to:

  • Sleep more peacefully

  • Feel more confident and self-compassionate

  • Nurture stronger, more connected relationships

  • Care for themselves as deeply as they care for others

  • Experience less burnout and greater resilience at work

You don't have to carry this alone anymore. The healing relationship we create will be steady, respectful, and grounded in your own capacity to grow. You already have the courage - I'll bring the light to help you find your way back to yourself.

When Talking Isn’t Enough

Are you tired of trying talk therapy, psychoanalysis, or cognitive approaches - only to feel like you’re still carrying the same weight? It’s not that you haven’t worked hard enough, or that something is “wrong” with you. It’s that some wounds live deeper than thinking or talking alone can reach.

That’s where I work differently. I integrate evidence-based, body-and-mind approaches such as:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) - to help you connect with your inner Self and heal wounded parts.

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - to gently reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer hold the same power.

  • Somatic therapy - to release trauma stored in the body and restore a sense of safety.

  • Ego state therapy - to repair and strengthen the inner structures that support lasting change.

By weaving together these methods - and incorporating movement, rhythm, and Eastern-inspired dance when appropriate - we can reach the places where trauma has been held for years, and invite true transformation. This isn’t just about managing symptoms; it’s about creating the kind of deep, lasting change you may have been longing for all along.
